Each worker receives an opaque QR identity that contains no embedded personal or credential information.

Open People compliance, find Digital worker ID and select the active team member when you have supervisor access.

Choose Create digital ID to issue the encrypted verification token and stable wallet-ready record serial.

Confirm the worker can open their own card and that only authorised managers can switch to another team member.
Check live site readiness
The QR decision is recalculated from controlled source records for the selected site every time it is opened.

Choose the worksite so PreStartPilot can check active account access, required verified credentials and current inductions.

For contractors, confirm the linked company, insurance and all prequalification items are currently approved.

Present the QR and confirm the public page shows only the shortened name, role, organisation, site and ready or not-ready result.

Protect, rotate and revoke
Treat the current code as a workplace access record and invalidate it whenever its control is uncertain.

Use Rotate QR if a code was copied or shared unexpectedly; the previous verification address stops working immediately.

Use Revoke when the worker no longer needs a digital ID, then issue a new one later only if access is restored.

Do not claim Apple or Google wallet delivery until the reviewed signing implementation and required provider credentials are configured.
