Field application

Open prestartpilot.com/app on the device and sign in with the worker's own account.

Use the browser's Add to Home Screen or Install option when the native store application is not being used.

Allow camera, microphone or foreground location access only when the relevant inspection feature needs it.

Open the form while connected so the latest published structure is available on the device.

Complete the inspection normally. The draft is saved on that device while it remains unfinished.

Reconnect, reopen PreStartPilot and submit the queued inspection. Confirm it appears in activity before removing the local draft.

Choose a display language in the inspection. Field controls change immediately, while translated questions appear where the administrator has supplied them.

Select Dictate beside a supported text field and allow microphone access for that session.

Review the transcription before saving; names, registration numbers and technical terms may still need correction.

Open Chat from the phone navigation, type a message or select Voice to dictate an editable note.

Select Add photo to capture useful site context. Mark Urgent safety issue when management needs to distinguish an immediate concern from a routine question.

Send the message and return to the same conversation for the management reply and read status. Text messages are saved on the device when reception drops and sent automatically after the connection returns. Use emergency procedures instead of chat when immediate emergency assistance is required.
