PreStartPilot is currently an evaluation product. These notes are not a substitute for final customer terms reviewed by legal counsel.
Evaluation service
The pilot is supplied for testing and workflow evaluation. Availability, functionality and data formats may change as development continues.
Operational responsibility
PreStartPilot helps collect and communicate information but does not replace competent supervision, statutory inspections, maintenance procedures or workplace safety obligations.
Authorised use
Customers are responsible for authorised accounts, accurate information, appropriate form design and lawful collection of employee, contractor, location and evidence data.
Production agreement
Subscription fees, support levels, uptime commitments, liability, retention, termination and data export will be defined in the executed commercial agreement.
