Using the service

You may use PreStartPilot for lawful business and individual field operations. You are responsible for your workspace, authorised users, accurate information and the security of your account credentials.

Operational responsibility

PreStartPilot helps collect, communicate and retain operational information. It does not replace competent supervision, statutory inspections, maintenance procedures or workplace safety obligations.

Subscriptions

The Free plan and 60-day Pro trial are available under the limits shown on the Pricing page. The trial begins only after an authorised workspace administrator provides a valid payment card through the secure billing provider. No subscription charge is made during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, Pro renews monthly at the price and currency displayed during checkout.

Cancellation and billing

An authorised billing administrator can cancel or manage a paid web subscription through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily refund a period already paid, except where required by law. Dedicated vehicle and asset GPS Tracking is an optional add-on billed by the active device quantity displayed at checkout. Tracker hardware, SIM/data and installation are separate unless an order expressly says otherwise. Site attendance GPS and geofencing remain part of the Pro service. The iOS and Android field apps do not sell or direct users to purchase a subscription.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for the information submitted to your workspace and for having a lawful basis to collect employee, contractor, location and evidence data.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, upload unlawful content or use it to infringe another person's rights.

Account deletion

Every user can request deletion in Security inside PreStartPilot or through the public Account deletion page. Access ends immediately after signed-in confirmation and personal account details are anonymised within 30 days. Operational safety, audit, payment, security or legal records may be retained when the workspace customer or applicable law requires them, as described in the Privacy notice.
