This pre-release privacy summary explains the platform’s intended data handling. A jurisdiction-reviewed policy will replace it before public commercial launch.
Information processed
PreStartPilot processes company account details, user identities, sites, assets, form responses, GPS coordinates supplied during inspections, evidence files, defects and security audit events.
Purpose
Information is used to provide safety and field-operation workflows, maintain records, support authorised integrations, secure accounts and improve service reliability.
Company control
Company administrators control membership and access. Data is not sold. Access and deletion requests are handled through the company account owner, subject to applicable record-retention obligations.
Storage and retention
Deployment data is stored in the configured datacentre environment and backups. Production retention, regional hosting and cross-border terms must be configured in the customer agreement.
