Pricing without surprises.
How do you choose which currency to show?
We use your approximate country from your internet connection to show the most relevant price automatically. If a country cannot be detected, prices are shown in US dollars.
Will I be charged during the free trial?
No. A valid card is required to start the Pro trial, but nothing is charged during the first 60 days.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pro is one flat monthly subscription with unlimited staff and users.
What happens after 60 days?
Your Pro plan starts at the monthly price shown above. We charge the card on file unless the account owner cancels before the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The account owner can manage the subscription, payment method and invoices from Billing. See the billing guide for step-by-step help.
Is GPS charged for every registered asset?
No. You only pay for assets that you choose to track live with a dedicated GPS tracker. Assets used only for pre-starts, maintenance and record keeping stay in your asset register with no GPS device charge.
Can I add or remove GPS trackers later?
Yes. You can change the number of tracked vehicles or assets as your fleet changes. You cannot remove a tracker that is still active.
Is the physical GPS tracker included?
No. The price shown covers the PreStartPilot GPS service. Tracker hardware, mobile data and installation are quoted separately because the right setup depends on the vehicle and how it will be used.
