Plan site crews, assets, SWMS and work permits together, resolve compliance blockers and prevent an unready shift from starting.

STEP 01

Build the shift plan

A ready shift joins the work window, site, people, equipment and critical controls in one record before anyone arrives.

Open Ready-to-Work planner, add a clear scope and choose the complete start and finish window.

Assign every person expected to perform the work and the assets needed for the task.

Mark SWMS or permit requirements and link the current approved records for that site.

STEP 02

PreStartPilot rechecks the source records instead of relying on an old green tick saved with the plan.

Review worker blockers for inactive access, missing verified credentials, expiring credentials, incomplete inductions or contractor approval.

Review asset blockers for restricted status, open major or critical defects, and critical or overdue maintenance.

Replace any expired or superseded SWMS and ensure the permit covers the full planned work window.

STEP 03

Complete or cancel the plan when the work finishes, retaining the lifecycle and readiness snapshot in the audit trail.
